Origin Connect Services (OCS) is a facilitator for coffee direct trade and helps to create business relationships between coffee growers and buyers through seamless and mutually
beneficial engagements. Our aim is to impact the liveihood of Kenya coffee farmers by facilitating market linkages whilst providing buyers the assurance of the quality and traceability in line with their requirements.

We exist to eliminate invisible barriers and complexities in direct trade, towards meaningful grower – buyer relationships and have become synonymous with coffee tours for buyers to the coffee origin farms and cooperative societies for firsthand experiential interaction. This builds a
relationship of mutual trust, and we have witnessed buyer requirements progressively filled more closely from this understanding thus created.

Our grower portfolio includes farmer co-operatives, collectives as well as medium and large-scale estates, whilst our buyer portfolio ranges from importers, green bean resellers and roasters. The services we offer to the growers and buyers range from direct sales facilitation, specialty processing, cupping and analysis, coffee profiling, single origin branding, coffee contracting, shipping logistics, and coffee accessories. For the certified growers, OCS supports
growers to maintain compliance to the respective certifications including the renowned Rain Forest Alliance certification.
